1. What you hear on this site is exactly
what was created in the exact moment it was recorded. In other
words...you are hearing the very first time-the very first moment
that this song came into existence. I just started playing one day
back on November 5, 1992. I hadn't realized that it was two years to
the day of my father's death.
Another interesting thing about this is that I didn't realize that it was 2 years after my father's death until November 5, 1998.
I realize the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired...but when you think about it..it's pretty amazing that it ended up here after all these years.
2. This song was done by a friend of mine
named Mike. If you want to know more about him..let me know. He
did all of the voices and instruments..in his apartment! I first
heard this on New Year's Eve (actually, it was about 1:30am on New
Year's Day) a couple of years ago..and it really took me by
surprise. The copy I have is from a very inexpensive grade of
tape..so try to imagine how it would sound if it were recorded
professionally.
